Mr. Campbell’s experience covers a wide spectrum of dispute resolution services including commercial litigation, maritime and admiralty litigation, probate litigation, real estate related litigation, antitrust litigation, white collar criminal defense and general commercial disputes in state and federal court. 

Mr. Campbell has successfully prosecuted and defended cases at trial, at mediation, at arbitration and on appeal in state, federal and bankruptcy matters. He has handled class actions involving antitrust, fraud, unfair and deceptive trade practices, employment and insurance related claims.

Mr. Campbell is admitted to practice in the Florida State Courts, the United States District Courts for the Middle and Southern District of Florida and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. 

Mr. Campbell earned his B.A. magna cum laude in 1981 from Florida International University and his J.D. cum laude in 1984 from the University of Miami School of Law, where he was Managing Editor of the University of Miami Law Review. He was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1984. He previously served as a private investigator focusing primarily on criminal defense, torts and general litigation matters.
